Damien has extensive knowledge in engineering design, civil construction and project management working in both the private and public sectors.

The company’s main focus is land development and infrastructure design with staff having extensive knowledge and experience in these areas.

Key People

Damien Cranage
Managing Director
Damien established TPD in 2009 and draws on over 15 years’ experience in the Civil Construction and Land Development industries to tailor the right solution for every client. He has worked in the public and private sector in Victoria and South Australia and delivered a vast range of successful projects. In addition to being a professional Engineer, Damien also has a sound understanding of the financial ins and outs of development and knows what makes a saleable and cost effective project.

Paul Fraser
Senior Project Engineer
Paul has been a professional Engineer for 7 years’ and joined TPD with experience designing stormwater and wastewater systems. He has since relished the opportunity to extend his technical skills into Land Development and Civil Infrastructure and has delivered some of the TPD’s largest projects. Around the office, he is known as the drainage guru. We’re yet to discover an Engineering problem he can’t solve.

Michael Juniper
Project Engineer
Michael has worked in the Land Development industry for almost 10 years and has been involved in numerous projects in both Melbourne and Central Victoria. He is a gifted design Engineer and has the experience and skills to solve a vast range of Engineering problems, whilst also being a very effective Project Manager who consistently delivers projects within clients desired timeframes and on budget.

Aron Columbine
Project Engineer
Aron joined TPD as a graduate over 5 years ago and has since become a vital part of the team. He’s designed and delivered a number of large Land Development projects and takes a hands on approach to project management and client liaison. He also has an eye for detail and a desire to continually develop his knowledge base. Over the last couple of years Aron has gained significant experience in Transport and Road Safety Engineering and become our first port of call for our public sector clients.

Brendan MacFarlane
Graduate Engineer
Brendan joined TPD in 2017 as a graduate engineer. He’s now a local boy having undertaken his undergraduate studies at Latrobe University Bendigo. Brendan is a quick learner and looking to utilise the extensive experience of other staff to develop his engineering knowledge and skills.
