Project Description

Mount Alexander Views Estate was delivered by TPD from planning through to completion for one of our private sector clients. Design for the project included; design of water treatment & detention basins, design of underground water detention system, design of Roads, Water Reticulation, Sewer Reticulation, Stormwater Drainage, NBN, Footpaths and coordination of Power and Gas. This development provided a good range of lot sizes within a popular residential growth area of McKenzie Hill with several lots benefiting from views looking out over Mount Alexander.
