Project Description

Sanctuary Gardens Estate was delivered by TPD from planning through to completion for one of our private sector clients. Design for the project included; design of water treatment & detention basins, design of Roads, Water Reticulation, Sewer Reticulation, Stormwater Drainage, NBN, Footpaths and coordination of Power and Gas. This development provided a good range of lot sizes within a popular residential growth area of Maiden Gully and provided a link-up of roads and footpaths to the neighboring estates.
