Carrington Gardens Estate

Project Description

TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 21 lot Carrington Gardens development in White Hills. The site was partially subject to flood inundation from the Bendigo Creek which was protected by an Environmental Significance Overlay.

Design works completed by TPD for Carrington Gardens included; roads, stormwater drainage, water, sewer and building pad design for site cuts. In addition to coordination with landscape, gas, communications and power sub-consultants. Civil Construction was managed by TPD which included; scheduling & tendering works, contract administration, construction auditing and obtaining sign-off from Council and other relevant authorities upon the successful completion of works.
