Project Description

Casuarina Gardens was delivered by TPD from planning through to completion for one of our valued private sector clients. Design for the project included; flood plain modelling, design of trunk drainage through the site for the City of Greater Bendigo , design of Roads, Water Reticulation, Sewer Reticulation, Stormwater Drainage, NBN, Footpaths and coordination of Power and Gas. The development was designed to create high amenity value for the community by making an asset of the creek bisecting the site, providing lot frontages to the reserve area while also providing pedestrian connectivity.
