Project Description

TPD were engaged by a private sector client to provide Design and Project Management services for a 24 Lot Rural-Residential subdivision in Heathcote. Design for the project included; a new intersection into the Estate, design of internal road & services, design of shared path from the site along the Northern Highway and a pedestrian crossing over the highway with the inclusion of solar lighting. This development consisted of large rural style lots fitting in well with the existing area.
