The site was separated from existing residential development by the Melbourne and Murray River Railway and was subject to a Vegetation Protection Overlay.

Atlas Meadows Estate

TPD were engaged by PCDP Developments Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 19 lot Atlas Meadows development in Junortoun. This large undulating site is subject to Bushfire Management, Vegetation Protection and Development Plan Overlays. During the planning process the subdivision layout was optimised to provide the ultimate design to satisfy the requirements of the numerous Referral Authorities. Building Envelopes were positioned to comply with CFA requirements for bushfire and also treatment of on-site wastewater in accordance with the Land Capability Assessment and Wastewater Management Plan prepared for the site.

TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 21 lot Carrington Gardens development in White Hills. The site was partially subject to flood inundation from the Bendigo Creek which was protected by an Environmental Significance Overlay.

High Street Drainage Design

TPD were engaged by Greater Bendigo City Council to design 400m of Trunk Drainage to service a developed residential catchment. The existing downstream drainage infrastructure in this mostly developed catchment was inadequate to accept major flows from the existing trunk drainage. Utilising a site being developed buy a private developer, we were able to assist in providing a missing link to the existing trunk drainage network, delivering a positive outcome for both Council and the Developer.
