Barlow Hills Estate was delivered by TPD from planning through to completion for one of our private sector clients.
TPD completed design of the McCallum Street and Splatt Street intersection in Swan Hill for Swan Hill Rural City Council and the Department of Transport.

Gold Hill Industrial Estate has been delivered by TPD for one of our Private Sector Clients. The 8 Lot Industrial Development adds much needed industrial land stock to Castlemaine.
TPD were engaged by a private sector client to provide Design and Project Mangement services for a 24 Lot Rural-Residential subdivison in Heathcote.
TPD provided design of a Shared Use Path on Kilmore-Lancefield Rd linking an essential off-road Shared Use corridor between the Kilmore School Precinct and Residential Development to the West.
Franklin Views Estate a 46 Lot residential development in Campbells Creek, has been managed by TPD from Town Planning to Design and through to Delivery.
TPD completed the 3 lot subdivision at Obrien Street Quarry Hill for one of our private clients.
TPD completed design of a section of Kilmore-Lancefield Road for the Department of Transport, including redesign of the road pavement and inclusion of flexible road safety barriers.

TPD were engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to provide Survey, Design & Documentation for widening works and intersection upgrade works on Prouses Road in North Bendigo.
TPD were engaged by the Department of Transport to provide design for Electronic Variable Speed Signs at a variety of Schools and School Crossings in the Loddon Mallee Region.
TPD completed the common property subdivision at Station Street Epsom for one of our private clients.
TPD were engaged by McKenzie Hill Holdings Pty Ltd and Carloway Investments Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil, Design and Project Management services for the 80 lot Diamond Hill Estate development in McKenzie Hill. The site is subject to a Bushfire Management Overlay and is incorporated within the ‘Diamond Gully Structure Plan’ developed by the Mount Alexander Shire Council.
As part of Vic Roads 'Safer Road' program (formerly SSRIP), TPD were engaged to provide flexible road safety barrier design along the Calder Highway between Ravenswood and Sunbury.
TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Project Management services to assist with the construction of Stages 2 and 3 Sovereign Gardens Estate, Kangaroo Flat.
TPD was engaged by Bilyan Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Design and Project Management services for the development of a 7 lot unit development. Services included; preparing and submitting an application for a planning permit to the City of Greater Bendigo, design of council drainage, Coliban Water sewer and a concrete common property driveway to service the development, tendering, supervising and auditing of civil construction works.
TPD was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to undertake a drainage analysis of the existing drainage network in the Forest and Rowan Street precinct to determine where upgrades were required to alleviate flooding issues in the area.
TPD were engaged by Noonan Superfund Pty Ltd Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 13 lot Noonan Drive development in Sedgwick. This large undulating site is subject to Erosion Management and Environmental Significance Overlays.
TPD was engaged by a private developer to provide Civil Design and Project Management services for a 9 lot unit development at 22 Emmett Street, Golden Square. Design Services included the detailed design of a common property driveway, stormwater design including an on-site stormwater detention system and sewer design. Project management services included scheduling & supervision of civil works and liaison with Council and service authorities for release/consent documentation.
TPD was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to design a suitable solution to flooding occurring to properties along Napier Street as a result of the existing stormwater network having insufficient capacity to cater for large storms.
TPD were engaged by Arbor Estates Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for development of a 73 lot subdivision in Jackass Flat. The site formed part of the Jackass Flat Structure Plan area which was one of four key new development areas identified in the City of Greater Bendigo Residential Development Strategy (2004).
TPD was engaged by Robren Australia to design the carpark, driveway, and underground services for a two-storey commercial development in Central Bendigo. This involved providing detailed design information for the carpark and driveway to the Architects, design of internal and external drainage, signage and linemarking plans, and redesign of sewer mains including obtaining a Coliban Water build-over Agreement.
TPD were engaged by Gordon & Irwin Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the development of 477-485 Tannery Lane, Strathfieldsaye into 28 residential lots. Design elements for this developments included roads, stormwater drainage, stormwater detention, WSUD, water, sewer and balancing of earthworks in a floodplain.
